Ronnie Calhoun has built a reputation for bringing people together through events that are equal parts meaningful and memorable. From intimate songwriter rounds featuring Nashville hitmakers to large scale community galas, he approaches every event with the same commitment to people and purpose.

He has worked alongside top Nashville artists and songwriters including Neil Thrasher, Kelley Lovelace, Brent Anderson, CJ Solar, Ben Gallaher, Kylie Frey, James Dupré and Rick Huckaby, while also celebrating Louisiana performers like Marc and Ted Broussard. Collectively these artists and writers have amassed over 30 number one hits and dozens of top 20 singles. Across his events Ronnie has brought together more than 50 Louisiana country artists, making him one of the most active connectors between Louisiana talent and live audiences in the state.

Ronnie is also one of the founding members of the Brightest Stars Ball, an annual gala celebrating men and women with disabilities in the Miss-Lou region. What began in 2019 with 28 guests has grown into a beloved community tradition welcoming over 80 special guests in 2025. The event would not be what it is today without the dedicated team of volunteers and supporters who show up for it every year.​
