Ronnie Calhoun originally launched Louisiana Country Music in 2015 with a vision of giving Louisiana's country music artists greater recognition and opportunities.
In June 2025, he relaunched the platform alongside partners Alex Smith and CJ Solar, two Nashville artists with deep Louisiana roots. Together, they have built a statewide media platform connecting artists, fans, and brands through live events, digital media, and creative content.
